Tom Skipp will present some of his recent filmworks in the group exhibition "SIXTEEN", curated by Berta Jayo. The touring exhibition will be on at Edge Zones (Miami) and the City Arts Centre in Salamanca City (Mexico), other venues to be announced.

Tom Skipp has been awarded a grant by the Matadero Madrid contemporary art centre to make his next short film "Storms in the City"

"Interpreting Space" is the name of the workshop that artist Jaume Plensa and filmmaker Tom Skipp will be giving at the Thyssen Museum in Madrid. Tom Skipp will film a short on location at the Museum. If you would like to participate in the workshop follow the link below.

New screenshots of "Devotions"

Tom Skipp's film of 'Krapp's Last Tape' will be screened in its entirety in the theatre section of the exhibition about Samuel Beckett to be held at the Centre Pompidou in March 2007. The other films featured in this section are Oh les beaux jours , with Madeleine Renaud and La Dernière bande (the French version of 'Krapp's Last Tape' with Marcel Bluwal).

KRAPP'S LAST TAPE, New screen version of 'Krapp's Last Tape' approved by the Samuel Beckett Estate. 'The actor is perfect' according to Beckett's Literary executor. The intense drama of an old man coming to terms with his past and struggling against the darkness.

TOM SKIPP, British filmmaker lives in Madrid, Spain. Began working as a theatre actor and director before switching to film in 2000. He has also organized a number of art exhibitions including "The Theatre of Memory" at Telefonica. His work has been shown at film festivals and art institutions around the world.
